Dear Diana,

Thank you so much for the fabulous, delicious, and every other adjective I can think of birthday cake for my husband's birthday party.  I am a scratch baker also, so my expectations were very high.  I have to say you not only met my expectations, but exceeded them.  Everyone loved the cake and wanted to know where the cake that looked so great and tasted even better came from!

I have worked with a variety of people doing special events for many years and you were not only professional, but such a pleasure to work with!

"Our daughter was married in November and had a large 325 guest outdoor reception.  Because we wanted all of our guests to have their "sweet tooth's" tempted, we chose to provide a wedding cake as well as individual pastries and dipped fruit for the guests to enjoy.  Our daughter's reception was very victorian and Lady Diana's Cakes adapted to the style seamlessly.   Not only was everything absolutely delicious, but it was presented in a lovey fashion with great attention to every detail.  We had chosen the deserts and cakes at a tasting in June and met briefly with Diana in October.  Every aspect of our order  was carefully considered and executed along with the delivery being handled in a timely fashion; even our venue was impressed!"

Lady Diana did a wonderful job on the cake for my daughter's wedding. She had some special Korean Wedding Dolls as the cake topper and Lady Diana did a great job of working the look of the cake around them. I received many comments on how wonderful the cake was and how moist it was. Many guests commented on how a lot of the time the wedding cake is dry. Lady Diana did a fantastic job in making my daughter's wedding cake memorable. I have another daughter that will be getting married and if the wedding happens to be here we will definitely use Lady Diana's cakes again.

Thank you very much for the beautiful cake you made for my mother's birthday. Mother suffers from many issues not the least of which includes leukemia, diabetes, severe arthritis, and a milk allergy. She loves chocolate and I never thought I would find a chocolate  cake made without milk. Not only that, when I found you it was 6 hours before closing on a holiday weekend! Thank you Lady Diana for bringing a bit of happines to a woman in perpetual pain. You put a smile on her face and gave me a wonderful memory of a beautiful birthday party.
