About Chef Diana Veronda

     Chef Diana Veronda, also known as "Lady Diana", is the owner and Executive Chef of Lady Diana's Cakes and Catering.  Chef Diana has been delighting the valley for close to fifteen years now with her confectioner's treats.  Her cakes, pies, pastries, and breads are truly mouthfuls of heaven on Earth.
     Her credentials as a chef and a pastry chef speak for themselves.  She has been the pastry chef for the Arizona Diamond Backs ABC Club at Chase Field (Levy Restaurant Corp.), instructed the Advanced Bake Shop classes in the Phoenix College Culinary Arts Department, and has had the distinct honor of preparing the pastries for the United States Presidential Republican Party, Ambercrombie and Kent, and the Penske Corporation (while working with Michael's Catering).  Chef Diana has worked with many of the valley's other great chefs such as Mark Tarbell, Eddie Matney, and Michael De Maria.
     As well as running her special order bakery and catering company, Chef Diana has been creating incredible gourmet wedding cakes for many of the valley’s brides.  Her cakes have been recognized by the many of the best hotels and resorts, such as the Troon North Club in Scottsdale, AZ and the Hilton in Chandler AZ, as being the best tasting and having amazing detail.
     For a number of years, Chef Diana has been working with different church organizations involved in feeding the valley's homeless. She has presently been in charge of running  the kitchen at the Andre House every other Saturday morning for the Street Ministry from Calvary Community Church (I-17 and Sweetwater). Under the direction of Chef Diana, volunteers from Calvary and other churches serve an average of 700 - 800 plates of breakfast to the valleys less fortunate.
